School bus
The school bus is a door-to-door service, for students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12 and is provided by independent contractor Yeap Transport. There is also an afternoon drop-off after activities bus for students in grades 3 to 12.
About the buses
Yeap’s fleet consists of modern, air-conditioned buses, equipped with 2-way radios, CCTV and a GPS tracking system.
When should I organise the bus?
As soon as possible as it can take up to 2 to 3 weeks for students to be added to a bus route.
Boarding procedures
Students using the school bus service receive scan cards which they use to “tap on” when they board the bus. This enables parents to check whether their children are on board, and determine the location of the bus, via Yeap’s e-portal website or their app.
Once your child’s bus service is confirmed, Yeap will send you a username and password for Yeap online.
Fees and trip duration
Fees are calculated based on the distance between your home and school. While most bus routes have a maximum travel time of 60 to 65 minutes, students living in more remote locations may experience longer travel times.
