The haze abated just long enough for the ACSIS Cross Country Championships to take place at Bedok Reservoir on Wednesday, 28 October. CIS Husky athletes competed in the U19 Boys (4 runners), U16 Boys (1 runner) and U19 Girls (2 runners) divisions. All Husky athletes did an admirable job given the season was derailed by the haze, and very little training could be done through the season.

Our U19 Boys’ team did us proud and brought home the bronze, with Logan Smith the most notable Husky runner placing 7th in the U19 Boys division. Two of our female U19 Girl athletes placed in the top 12. Well done Huskies!
