Perfect weather, great vibes and a fantastic swim would be the right words to describe the Invitational Swim Meet at St. Joseph's International Institution on Saturday 25 April.

Husky swimmers displayed exemplary sportsmanship from beginning to end with their stamina, enthusiasm and hard work. CIS Huskies dominated swim meet events from relays to individual swims.

Our swimmers exceeded the other 3 international schools in both the men’s and women’s categories with scores of 958 and 1057 respectively. We scored a total 2015 points, giving us a 215 point lead over second place winner, host team SJII.

The CIS Husky Swim Team was declared the Grand Champion of the meet, and scored a total of 35 Gold, 28 Silver and 23 Bronze medals.

My special congratulations go to 3 outstanding swimmers who won 1st place in all of the 5 events they raced in:

  1. Jack Cassin - 5 Gold medals
  2. Nao Takahashi - 5 Gold medals
  3. Luka Matic - 5 Gold medals

Go Huskies!
